What's the price show on your website? and how much for the shipping cost?
The price on our website is retail price just not include the shipping cost, normally, the shipping cost is 55 us dollars for each wedding dress, 35 us dollars for each bridesmaid dress and flower girl dress.

Why is your wedding dress at such low price? Does it at the cost of product quality?
We are a professional wedding dress manufacturer, and that means there are no wholesalers, retailers and other middlemen between us, and the price you get is the first level wholesale price. We are proud to say that the quality of our wedding dresses is not less than any designer’s dresses.

What materials do you usually use on your wedding dress products?
Fabric: Taiwan made high quality thick bridal satin (4811 & 395 satin). If you are familiar with wedding dress industry, then you should know that those top brand names such as Maggie Sottero, Lady Roi, etc. use the same or similar bridal satin. Other fabrics we use include chiffon, taffeta, 2080 organza, etc.
Beadings: For rhinestones, we only use Swarovski Crystals and Czech Diamonds. For other beads: we only use Japan made MATSUNO glass beads, bugle beads, seed beads, etc. MATSUNO beads are the best quality beads in the industry.
Dresses made of cheap material will turn dark and yellow after they are stored over 3 months. For our dresses, even if storing them for 5 years, color will not change.

Which delivery company do you use? And what is the shipping cost?
We use EMS, TNT for all of our shipping to anywhere in the world. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the items for each separate order placed. Normally, the shipping cost is 55 us dollars for each wedding dress, 35 us dollars for each bridesmaid dress and flower girl dress.

Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House?
Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal import. and we will mark "gift" on package when we ship dress.

Can I place my order over the phone?
We do not accept phone orders. We require all orders in writing to avoid errors.

How long will it take until my wedding dress is delivered?
Our normal lead time is 3 -4 weeks, but we also can choose rush order service.
1, 7 days rush order, mean take 7 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.
2, 14 days rush order, mean take 14 days time to make, and shipping time 3-7 days.

Do you accept returns?
We guarantee all our dress with high quality. If our dress not good quality, customer can return back the dress. But we can't accept return dress for custom cut order.

Do you provide alterations?
We also provide services of making this dress in your size, color, and design at no additional cost. If you'd like us to make this gown in different fabric or beading color, or you'd like us to make minor changes in dress style, please contact us first. One more week processing time is needed for dress made in custom design.
Dresses made in custom size, color and design are not refundable.

What if the store doesn't have the design I want?
We can also make wedding dresses from pictures. If you can’t find a right style in our store, then you can email us the pictures of dress you want, and we can make replica for you.

Can I change the color of the dress or the accent of the dress? How much is there extra charge?
Yes. You can change the color of the dress or accent of the dress. But we recommend you to think over before you make any change of style or color. It might not be different from your imagination. And your gown might be delayed due to the color change because we may not have that color in stock and will make special order for you. Please check our color chart and tell us the color number you select and make a special note on the measurement form when you order. We usually don't charge extra if you only change the color. In case there is extra charge, we will notify you.

When should I order my wedding dress?
Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible, normally can't less than 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
